Mrs. Fannie Bell Harper

Home-going services will be held for Fannie Bell Conway Harper at Mount Moriah Baptist Church on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Bernard Anderson will officiate. She transitioned to her eternal home Monday evening at the Bolingreen Health and Rehabilitation Center in Macon, GA. She was a lifelong resident of Auburn where she was a loyal and faithful member of the Mount Moriah Baptist Church. She attended the Lee County Training School. She was a devoted employee at MasterLock and retired from the company after many years of service. She was preceded in death by a loving husband, John Lewis Harper; her parents, Mazell Conway and Edith Bell Threat Conway McMillian; two brothers, Freddie Lee Conway and Eddie Lee Conway. The family will receive family and friends at the Funeral Home this evening at 6:00 pm. Her remains will lie in state at the church one hour prior to the service. She leaves to cherish her memories: one son, Reginald (Sandra) Harper of Atlanta, GA; one daughter, Myra (Albert) Abrams of Macon, GA; four grandchildren, Amy Harper of Atlanta, GA, Erica Harper of Auburn, AL, Monica and Jonathan Abrams both of Macon, GA; two great-grandchildren, Mya Harper-Finley and Taylor Turner both of Auburn, AL; one brother, Ozell (Bettye) Conway of Opelika, AL; sisters-in-law, Thelma Conway and Dorothy Conway both of Auburn, AL; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
